Qualifications :
- 3–5 years of experience in project permitting, government liaison, or regulatory compliance (construction or industrial projects).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Law.
- Familiar with permit processes for construction, K3, utilities, and operational licenses.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple permit processes under tight schedules.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track all permits, approvals, and licenses required for the project (construction, environmental, utilities, operational).
- Liaise with government agencies, PLN, Telkom, local authorities, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project permit matrix and follow up on pending submissions.
- Support engineering and construction teams in ensuring compliance with local laws and project requirements.
- Prepare periodic reports and risk assessments related to permit and regulatory status.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions for timely approvals.
