Job Descriptions:
- Placing purchase orders, creating and maintaining the critical path,
- Attending fit sessions, competitive shops and the maintenance of the sample library
- Racking up samples, creating fashion trend boards
- SNI sample and process follow up, payment processing and follow up with finance team
- Setting day to day job for buying team
- Ad hoc duties are also an essential daily part of the buyer's admin assistant job role as you are providing full administrative support to the buying teams.
General Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- Experience 1-3 years' experience in buying, merchandising, or retail administration (fashion retail preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office
- Retail system (SAP/ERP)
Technical Requirements:
- Procurement & Baying Knowledge - understanding purchase request, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
- Retail/Inventory Systems Proficiency - experience with ERP, SAP, or retail management system
- Microsoft Office skills - especially Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis
- Data Accuracy & Attention to detail - ability to manage product catalogs, precising, and stock records with precision
- Report Generation & Analysis - preparing sales, stock, and performance reports
- Database Management - maintaining and updating product and pricing information
