Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) is a joint venture between PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk and PT Tunas Ridean Tbk, initiated on February 6, 2009, when Bank Mandiri acquired a 51% stake in the former PT Tunas Financindo Sarana. Originally established in 1989, the company rebranded to Mandiri Tunas Finance post-acquisition. MTF offers straightforward, innovative, and competitive financing solutions for purchasing new and used cars, motorbikes (in specific regions), and commercial vehicles to both individuals and corporations. Today, 51% of the company is owned by PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk and 49% by PT Tunas Ridean Tbk.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Internship role based in Jakarta. The intern will assist with various tasks and projects, gaining hands-on experience in finance and operations. Daily responsibilities may include conducting market research, supporting the finance team with data entry and analysis, assisting with customer inquiries, and helping to process loan applications. Collaboration and coordination with different departments within the company will also be a part of the role.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
- Fluency in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
