We are looking for an inspiring
Human Resource Manager
to shape and drive our people strategy. In this role, you will lead end-to-end HR operations — from developing policies, systems, recruitment processes, competency development, and fostering a productive workplace culture. Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • HR certifications such as CHRP, CPHR, SPHR, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Experience supporting management in strategic HR decision-making or acting as a discussion partner to directors on people & culture matters is preferred.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills; advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools.
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams and collaborating across functions.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-project environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and mission.
  • Develop and manage HR policies, SOPs, and work systems across all HR functions.
  • Lead manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment processes, including employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage and evaluate compensation and benefits systems, as well as employment administration.
  • Design and implement employee retention and engagement strategies.
  • Develop an objective, measurable, and data-driven performance appraisal system.
  • Plan and oversee training programs, competency development, and employee succession planning.
  • Foster industrial relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Provide strategic input to management regarding workforce dynamics and labor market trends.
