Internship Details:

  • Duration: 3 months
  • Location: SCBD, Jakarta Selatan, with hybrid work arrangement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support

  • Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms and screening resumes.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support in candidate database management and interview documentation.
  • HR Administration

  • Assist in maintaining and organizing employee records and documents.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation logistics.
  • Help in preparing HR letters, reports, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Employee Engagement

  • Support the planning and execution of internal events, training, and employee engagement activities.

  • Collect feedback and assist in preparing reports related to engagement programs.
  • Data Management & Reporting

  • Input and update employee data into HR systems and spreadsheets.

  • Assist in generating reports related to attendance, recruitment, and training.
  • Learning & Development

  • Help coordinate internal and external training sessions and maintain training records.

  • Assist in creating training materials or content under supervision.
  • Other Responsibilities

  • Provide general support to the Human Capital team in day-to-day tasks and special projects.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate preferably from Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn about various HR functions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Fast learner, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.

  • Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months.

  • Willing to work with hybrid arrangement
  • Previous internship or project experience in HR is a plus, but not required.
