Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in the Semarang area according to company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty clinics, retail stores, distributors, and other partners.
- Execute promotional activities and product demonstrations to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Monitor product availability, visibility, and merchandising in stores.
- Collect and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities in the assigned area.
- Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Manager.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and beauty workshops in the region.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing, trade marketing, and merchandising teams to maximize sales effectiveness.
- Expand customer database and explore new business opportunities in Semarang and Solo.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (D3 accepted with relevant experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Semarang market area.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Possess own vehicle (motorcycle or car) and valid driving license (SIM C/A).
- Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
