Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the regional sales team to achieve wholesale and retail targets while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and consistent brand representation.
- Design and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company goals, product positioning, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Planning, Marketing, Aftersales, and Training teams to ensure seamless sales execution and market readiness.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends and competitor activities, and implement strategic actions to drive growth.
- Build, coach, and motivate the sales team to enhance selling skills, negotiation capabilities, and overall business performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive sales management (principal or ATPM).
- Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of the automotive market, product positioning, and customer behavior.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and optimizing performance through data-driven strategies.
- Awareness and appreciation of cultural nuances and business operations, especially in Chinese company.
