This opportunity is for one of our newest and most exciting sub-brands, born from leap and passion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the regional sales team to achieve wholesale and retail targets while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and consistent brand representation.
  • Design and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company goals, product positioning, and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product Planning, Marketing, Aftersales, and Training teams to ensure seamless sales execution and market readiness.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends and competitor activities, and implement strategic actions to drive growth.
  • Build, coach, and motivate the sales team to enhance selling skills, negotiation capabilities, and overall business performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive sales management (principal or ATPM).
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive market, product positioning, and customer behavior.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and optimizing performance through data-driven strategies.
  • Awareness and appreciation of cultural nuances and business operations, especially in Chinese company.
