About the Role

The HRBP Project-based role is crucial in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP will serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Managing VISA for expatriates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and business partnering.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Having knowledge on VISA management for expatriates.
  • Willing to work in Malang
  • Fluent in English
