Requirements :

Minimum education high school, with a bachelor's degree being a plus
At least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in the retail lifestyle or beauty industry
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
Target and KPI oriented.
Knowledgeable in visual merchandising and customer experience principles.
Able to create sales reports and analyze store performance.
Communicative, proactive, and has good problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
