Job Description

Strategic Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mining, infrastructure, and construction sectors.
  • Conduct market analysis to determine potential growth areas, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and execute market entry and penetration strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, clients, and government entities.

Marketing & Branding

  • Develop and lead marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events, and trade shows tailored to mining and construction audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, proposals, and case studies.
  • Enhance CDHorizon's brand visibility and thought leadership in the Indonesian market.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, ROI, and brand engagement metrics.

Client Management & Sales Support

  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, commercial proposals, and bids in collaboration with technical and operational teams.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to meet sales targets.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales pipeline, forecasting, and business development KPIs.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations, engineering, and finance teams to ensure service offerings align with client needs and capabilities.
  • Participate in tender processes and manage pre-qualification documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Mining, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development or marketing roles within mining, heavy industry, EPC, or construction sectors.
  • Proven track record of securing high-value projects and partnerships in Indonesia.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian mining and construction markets, regulations, and client landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin).
  • Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans.
  • Familiarity with mining services, drilling & blasting, geotechnical, or ground engineering solutions is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and proposal development skills.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel to site/project locations and client offices.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
