About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Admin Sales / Purchasing to join our growing team at PT. SEONG WON CHEM' in Pancoran, Jakarta Raya. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales and purchasing operations, ensuring efficient and effective administrative processes.
What you'll be doing
- Handling incoming and outgoing sales inquiries and orders
- Coordinating with customers to process sales orders, quotation and manage order fulfilment
- Assisting the purchasing team with product sourcing, vendor management, and purchase order processing
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Providing administrative support to the sales and purchasing teams as needed
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless operations
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, preferably in the client services or purchasing function
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Team-player with a proactive and collaborative mindset
