About the company

As a General Manager of Construction at China Construction Shenzhen Decoration Co., Ltd, you will oversee all construction projects and operations, including the head office, in Indonesia. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will play a crucial role in the strategic direction and growth of the business.


What you'll do
  • Oversee the Indonesia head office and all construction projects.
  • Lead construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement efficient project management processes.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance to maximize profitability.
  • Foster a safe, collaborative, and positive work culture.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and business development initiatives.

What you're bringing
  • Experience: You have over 8 years of experience in a senior construction management role, preferably in the commercial or residential sector.
  • Skills: You have a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish, with excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. You also have strong business and financial management expertise.
  • Communication: You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English is a must, and Mandarin is a plus.
  • Education: You have a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
