Position Objective:

Responsible for managing all export-import activities of the company, from planning, documentation, customs clearance, to reporting.
This position plays a key role in establishing the bonded zone system, IT inventory system, and compliance structure from the ground up, and will be based in Brebes once the factory construction is completed.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

A. System Setup & Compliance

  • Prepare and organize all documentation and requirements for Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) establishment and system setup.
  • Develop and implement EXIM administration and IT inventory systems according to customs regulations.
  • Coordinate with Logistics, Operations, and IT teams for data input, stock movement, and system integration.
  • Ensure compliance with export-import regulations and bonded zone requirements.
  • Maintain all customs documents such as BC 2.3, BC 2.7, BC 4.0, BC 4.1, BC 3.0, COO, Invoice, Packing List, and B/L.
  • Validate data accuracy between Logistics, Production, and EXIM before reporting to Customs.

B. Export & Import Operations

  • Manage all export and import operations for raw materials and finished goods.
  • Coordinate with forwarders, shipping lines, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Prepare and verify all required documents: PIB, PEB, Invoice, Packing List, COO, B/L, Insurance, and DO.
  • Handle customs clearance processes through INSW or manual submission.
  • Monitor goods movement and compliance with bonded zone inventory rules.
  • Track and minimize lead time delays in logistics flow.

C. Internal & External Coordination

  • Work closely with Operations, Production, Purchasing, Finance, and IT departments.
  • Liaise with Customs Office, Depots, Ports, Insurance, and Foreign Exchange Banks.
  • Prepare and submit regular EXIM activity and compliance reports to management.
  • Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions on EXIM and bonded zone procedures.

D. Development & Audit

  • Prepare documentation for Customs and internal audits.
  • Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for EXIM operations.
  • Recommend process improvements for efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Accounting, Logistics, or Customs Administration.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in EXIM for manufacturing or bonded zone companies.
  • Familiar with INSW, OSS, SIINAS, and CEISA BC systems.
  • Strong understanding of bonded zone operation and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent coordination, attention to detail, and initiative.
  • Willing to relocate and be based in Brebes once the factory is operational, and to support the EXIM system setup during the project phase in Jakarta or remotely if needed.
