Job Description
- Support the recruitment process by handling administrative tasks, including assistance in mass hiring.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure smooth operations across departments.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and HR-related databases accurately.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Suite.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Highly detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to work from office (WFO) in Malang and travel across regions if needed.
