Job Description

  • Support the recruitment process by handling administrative tasks, including assistance in mass hiring.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure smooth operations across departments.
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and HR-related databases accurately.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Suite.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team.
  • Willing to work from office (WFO) in Malang and travel across regions if needed.
