Job Descriptions:
- Manage the Director's calendar and schedule appointments and meetings
- Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements for the Director
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the Director
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries, and provide professional and courteous responses
- Maintain and organise the Director's filing system and other administrative records
- Assist with special projects and tasks as requested by the Director
- Demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 1-3 years' experience as a secretary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and multi-task effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of office management procedures and administrative best practices
- Have a secretarial certificate
