Job Descriptions:

  • Manage the Director's calendar and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements for the Director
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the Director
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries, and provide professional and courteous responses
  • Maintain and organise the Director's filing system and other administrative records
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as requested by the Director
  • Demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience as a secretary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and multi-task effectively
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and administrative best practices
  • Have a secretarial certificate
