Qualification Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree (S1) or Master degree (S2) in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.5 from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in retail and interior furnishing ((on a leader role of finance function in a large Interior Furnishing material company / multinational company)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills to effectively interact with international clients and colleagues.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- Previous experience using accounting software
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to think creatively and solve problems independently.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including proven ability to develop and maintain strong and trusting relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Job responsibility:
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, providing clear insights into clients' financial performance.
- Handle various accounting roles, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Analyze cost and revenues to provide insight into operating performance and implement proper analytical review of key financial and operating KPI
- Prepare and review annual budget, financial forecasts and Monthly/Quarterly Budget Reviews according to statutory requirements and monthly trading results and balance sheets.
- Prepare and implement long and short term financial plans, budgets and capital expenditure programs and recommend pricing structures, financial management policy, asset utilisation and investment strategies to achieve business objectives.
