. You will be responsible for defining, planning and executing commissioning activities to ensure overall quality, while meeting project cost and time targets. You will also ensure the preparation of the Hand-Over Documentation for the End User.

Your employment contract will be managed by Eni International Resources Ltd (EIRL).

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the definition and implementation of the facilities' commissioning activities (upstream, midstream and downstream, as well as Power Generation, Transportation Systems or Production Site decontamination/decommissioning activities) up to handover to the End Users.
  • Participate in the early stages of projects, starting from the Feasibility Studies and Design phases, identifying criticalities and defining the most appropriate execution methods.
  • Implement the preliminary conclusions of the commissioning activities in the Bidding Technical Specifications to facilitate efficient contract management and administration.
  • Coordinate project activities related to commissioning of the facilities, providing Start-Up technical support for the End Users where required.
  • Manage Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers' activities and representatives by verifying their specific schedules, ensuring smooth integration into the overall commissioning schedule, with full compliance with HSE and Quality Standards or Project Specifications.
  • Define the specific Organisation Chart and related Job Descriptions for all commissioning positions required during the entire project execution.

Where required, and in joint agreement with the relevant Responsible Departments:

  • Participate in defining the Procurement Schedule in cooperation with the responsible department, highlighting specific needs. Provide technical support during the definition of Technical Specifications for Supplier Qualification as well as for the Bidding Technical Evaluation of goods and services, in full compliance with applicable Eni MSGs.
  • Ensure participation in mono-disciplinary and integrated evaluations, maintaining updates of internal and external benchmarking with regard to compliance with Eni-specific procedures.
  • Guarantee and monitor the implementation of Best Practices and Standards, as well as the dissemination of Lessons Learned.

Skills And Experience Required

  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in commissioning within oil and gas projects.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven expertise in Engineering and Construction Management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Commissioning processes and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Project Management principles.
  • Familiarity with global oil economics and petroleum project evaluation.
  • Competence in Project Procurement Management and contract administration.
  • Solid background in HSE management for upstream operations.
  • Knowledge of Asset Integrity Management Systems.
  • BOSIET certification.
  • Excellent skills in problem-solving, flexibility, innovation, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder relationship management.
