Job Description:
- Process customer orders for e-learning and social community via email, phone, or online platforms.
- Respond to inquiries about courses, pricing, and registration.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM or databases.
- Prepare sales reports and enrollment statistics.
- Support the sales team with scheduling and document management.
- Assist with payments, invoicing, and billing inquiries.
- Manage course materials inventory (if needed).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security regulations.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; a degree in business or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of sales support or administrative experience, preferably in education or e-learning.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and improve processes.
