Job Description:

  • Process customer orders for e-learning and social community via email, phone, or online platforms.
  • Respond to inquiries about courses, pricing, and registration.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM or databases.
  • Prepare sales reports and enrollment statistics.
  • Support the sales team with scheduling and document management.
  • Assist with payments, invoicing, and billing inquiries.
  • Manage course materials inventory (if needed).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data security regulations.

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; a degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of sales support or administrative experience, preferably in education or e-learning.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data management and reporting.
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and improve processes.
