Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company facilities, vehicles, and office supplies.
- Supervise general services such as cleanliness and building maintenance.
- Support internal events and company operational activities.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
- Prepare and manage GA reports and documentation.
- Provide assistance in other administrative or operational matters as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in General Affairs or a related role.
- Must be able to drive a manual car and possess a valid driving license (SIM A).
- Strong initiative, high sense of responsibility, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Willing to work on-site and support operational needs when required.
- Can join as soon as possible.
