Job Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, and Economics, or related field with min GPA 3.5
- Minimum 1 Year working as a Auditor at Public Accountant, Background from Big 4 is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Experienced with ERP systems is required
- Extensive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a similar role in investment banking
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of finance professionals
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful corporate finance strategies
- Strong knowledge of treasury function, including Forecast, Cashflow, and financial instrument
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both finance and non-finance stakeholder
- High attention to detail while maintaining a strategic, big-picture perspective
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadline
- Proactive, structured thinker with proble-solving orientation
Job Description
- Effective manage cashflow to achieve the best financial benefit and control all cost to be in line with the planned budget
- Coordinate financial and costing process, procedure and policy
- Oversee daily transactions, bank reconciliations, account payable and receivable, and general ledger
- Review daily payment voucher entries
- Perform "Actual vs Forecast" for the purposes of monthly accrual booking required by the FP&A team on a monthly basis
- Prepare and/or review balance sheet reconcilitation
- Monitor and manage the organization's bank relationships and liquidity position
- Oversee daily cash management and forecasting of short to long-term funding requirements
- Supervise debt facilities and interest rate risk management activities
- Prepare treasury and cashflow reports for mangement and weekly presentation
- Strong analytical, financial planning, and cashflow mangement skills
- Establish effective business relationships across departments and with external partners (banks, auditors, etc)
- Contribute to the month-end closing process
