Lead Mass Hiring Recruitment (Warehouse)

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to manage and grow our Mitra (blue-collar workforce) talent pool across all warehouse types (Dry, Fresh, Frozen). This role will be responsible for end-to-end workforce planning, vendor relationship management, and process automation to ensure sufficient manpower and reduce shortages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sufficient Mitra supply across all warehouse operations (Dry, Fresh, Frozen).
  • Identify and unlock new talent pools for Mitra hiring, including expansion into new geographies or channels.
  • Manage existing outsourcing vendors and onboard new vendors as needed.
  • Oversee vendor performance and ensure SLA targets for hiring are consistently met.
  • Reduce Mitra shortages through proactive planning and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product & Tech teams to automate shortage reconciliation processes.
  • Compile and analyze workforce data regularly (e.g., fulfillment rate, quality of hire, vendor performance) to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing contracts and agreements with outsourcing vendors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Workforce Management or Mitra (Blue-Collar) Management.
  • Prior experience in or with outsourcing companies, especially related to logistics or retail industries.
  • Strong administrative skills, especially in handling contracts, agreements, and vendor documentation.
  • Comfortable working on-site and mobile across multiple warehouse locations.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills and experience compiling operational reports.
  • Experience in hiring and managing large volumes of blue-collar workers.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
