Are you a tech enthusiast eager to grow your career in IT infrastructure? We're looking for a
Junior IT Infrastructure Engineer
who's ready to get hands-on with
desktop management, storage, server maintenance, and basic cloud operations
.

What You'll Do:

• Provide technical support for users (desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices).
• Perform routine maintenance and monitoring on servers and storage systems.
• Assist in managing system backups and network performance.
• Support basic cloud operations (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and escalate when necessary.
• Document IT procedures, incidents, and asset inventory.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience in IT support/infrastructure.
• Familiar with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
