Commis Chef – Goasaya (PIK 2)

About Goasaya Goasaya is a new luxury dining destination in PIK 2, blending modern gastronomy with Indonesian cultural soul. As we prepare for our grand opening this November, we're looking for passionate Commis Chefs to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist CDP and Sous Chef in daily food preparation and plating.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Prepare ingredients, mise en place, and ensure stations are ready before service.
- Learn and follow recipes, standards, and SOP from the Head Chef.
- Support kitchen operations during photoshoots and service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in restaurant kitchens (fine dining preferred).
- Passionate, disciplined, and eager to learn.
- Understand basic cooking techniques and kitchen workflow.
- Available to start immediately and work full-time at PIK 2.
