Responsibilities
  • Monitor the operational activities of the Maintenance section to ensure the suitability for use of all equipment and work equipment throughout the Hospital.
  • Coordinate all operational activities in the Maintenance section including administrative supervision, workforce availability, as well as quality and safety improvement programs, in accordance with operational policies and procedures that have been established by management to maintain Hospital facilities and infrastructure.
  • Monitor routine inspections, procurement, additions, repairs and replacement of tools and machines used to meet operational needs in the Maintenance section.
  • Evaluate vendors and suppliers who collaborate with the hospital to maintain the quality of the products and services provided.
  • Monitoring maintenance activities for facilities and infrastructure as well as calibration activities for all instruments in the hospital in accordance with established standards and schedules so that they can always be used optimally.
  • Provide guidance and carry out personal and professional development, including orientation regarding safety procedures and practices, as well as conducting evaluations to ensure worker competency in accordance with applicable provisions, laws and regulations as well as hospital needs.
  • Implement and supervise procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets.
  • Monitor the completeness of operational activity report data and quality and safety programs to be used as analysis material by superiors or other related parties.
Qualifications
  • Diploma (D3) Degree from Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
  • Have minimum 4 years experience in the Maintenance field, preferably those who have worked in a hospital.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and repair techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and maintain organized records.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and hospital administration.
