Job Description
The role involves supporting SEO strategies, improving organic traffic, and optimising content to achieve business goals. You will work closely with the SEO country lead and cross-functional teams to ensure best practices are implemented effectively across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy Implementation

  • Assist in executing on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Optimise content for search engines and user intent, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Content Optimisation

  • Work with content teams to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of existing content by updating keywords, metadata, and internal links.
  • Assist with content migration and localisation from other Traveloka domains to Australia

Technical SEO

  • Collaborate with developers to fix technical SEO issues, such as page speed, crawling, and indexing problems.
  • Support website audits and monitor site performance using tools like Google Search Console, Tableau and Screaming Frog.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Track SEO performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Provide regular reports on KPIs, such as organic traffic, rankings, click-through rates, and conversions.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with regional and global teams to align SEO strategies with marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify SEO priorities and opportunities for growth.

Requirements
Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Basic understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.

  • Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and HTML is a plus.

  • Language: Fluent English proficiency

  • Soft Skills:

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
