Key Responsibilities :

Team Monitoring & Coordination

  • Oversee daily operations of both demand (Sales and Designer) and supply (Project Management, QS, QC, PPIC) teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project execution.
  • Conduct regular alignment meetings to synchronize progress between design, sales, and project delivery teams.
  • Monitor workload distribution, project pipeline, and resource allocation to maintain efficiency across functions.

Performance Management

  • Track and analyze performance metrics of both demand and supply teams, including design output quality, SLA achievement, project delivery timelines, and client satisfaction.
  • Identify bottlenecks or operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and quality.
  • Support team leads in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and monitor strategies to improve conversion rates from design leads to project execution.
  • Support upselling and cross-functional collaboration between design and project teams to maximize customer value.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all operational processes follow company SOPs and quality standards.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance coordination, reduce errors, and optimize lead time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Finance, Procurement, HR) to ensure project and sales operations run smoothly.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as a bridge between upper management and operational teams, providing clear updates on team performance, project status, and improvement plans.
  • Manage internal and external escalations effectively, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to design or project execution.

People Development & Culture

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture between demand and supply functions.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training opportunities to enhance team capability and morale.

Qualification Highlights:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project operations or sales management, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive end-to-end project success.
