Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automation Anywhere RPA Developer to join our business transformation team. This role is critical for delivering process automation solutions across SAP modules, external web portals, PDF and OCR workflows, and other enterprise systems in our FMCG environment.
The developer will design, build, deploy, and maintain Automation Anywhere bots that deliver secure, robust, and scalable automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using RPA Automation Anywhere.
- Serve as a solution architect and developer to design and implement scalable RPA process that align with business objectives.
- Continuously explore and evaluate new RPA tools and approaches to enhance the organization's automation capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure proper documentation of processes. Create and maintain documentation related to RPA solutions, including process design documents, solution design documents, and involve in test plans.
- Communicate project progress/ status, addressing concerns/ escalation, and ensuring delivery of RPA solutions.
Utilize Control Room for Bot deployment and lifecycle management, User role and credential vault management, Scheduling via Task Manager
Implement best-practice error handling, logging, and exception management
- Create modular, reusable, maintainable bot components
Required Technical Skills
- Hands-on expertise in developing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360
- Experience using Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) or IQBot for automating document-based workflows.
- Proficiency in scripting languages Python and VB Scripts and having hands on experience on excel functions.
- Experience in APIs and Connectors in developing and integrating APIs, connectors and working with third party systems.
- Experience in deploying automation solutions on virtual machines (VMs)
- Experience with Browser, Windows, Surface, Maninframe, SAP automations
- Hands on Experice with TaskBot / MetaBot / IQ Bot (A360 Packages), SAP GUI scripting and automation best practices, Dynamic web automation with 2FA/CAPTCHA, PDF data extraction via Automation Anywhere commands or Python, OCR integration (IQ Bot, Google Vision, Tesseract)
- Control Room experience: User roles and permissions, Bot deployment and versioning, Credential Vault management, Scheduling jobs via Task Manager
- Strong understanding of Error handling, Logging and monitoring, Secure credential management
Nice-to-Have Skills
- REST/SOAP API integrations
- Experience with ABBYY or other OCR tools
- SQL knowledge for data operations
- Familiarity with FMCG industry processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Automation Anywhere Certified
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Bahasa Indonesia
