Job Description

• Review job specifications for pumps, motors, engines, turbines, couplings, mechanical seals, and accessories related to Job.
• Analyze customer requirements with the company's scope of supply in preparing internal/external technical clarifications.
• Participate in internal and customer technical meetings (e.g., Kick-Off Meetings).
• Create Bill of Materials (BOM) and Work Orders for assembly and commissioning.
• Prepare and submit engineering documents (VDRL, revisions, and As-Built documentation).
• Manage SAP tasks to create new part IDs, complete BOMs, and ensure order-specific data is accurate.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in pump systems, rotating equipment, or manufacturing within a project management or related function.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
• Proficiency in engineering documentation, BOM creation, and SAP.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and tolerances.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
• A team player in a dynamic environment within a matrix organization
• Having a positive attitude, open-mindedness, high motivation, and willingness to learn
• Fluent in English both oral and written

Main Responsibilities

• Assist scoping of new incoming projects/Activity Requests to define feasibility, complexity level and resource requirements.
• Assist defining and support shaping product concepts fit Indonesia deployment, in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Support to Create and maintain high quality specifications as part of project delivery and 5S related activities where relevant.
• Oversee the seamless technical implementation of projects into sourcing units, including factory trial risk assessments and supporting analytical measurements.
• Manage and support supplier relationships in the development of new products/ change of materials, working closely alongside METs and Procurement.
• Deliver R&D input into the required Innoflex documentation ahead of monthly gatekeeping meetings.
• Ensure all claims is Accommodate and well Implementation related product development also create a documentation a support to BPOM evidence

Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification

• Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in food science, food technology and engineering-related
• Candidates have experience as a formulator 2-3 years in food or beverages
• Scientific and food technology knowledge (Moderate to advanced) and analytical thinking

Skill

• Candidate must be able creating and developing products according to specifications and regulations
• Candidate must be able to understand the ingredients manageable, Allergen and HACCP
• Candidate must be able to understand the basic knowledge of food chemistry and food microbiology, process and packaging
• Able to proactively problem-solve, easily seeing a way through problems, both individually and collaboratively and Personal integrity and commitment to fulfilling your potential

Job Description

We're looking for a Factory New Product Development (NPD) Supervisor to spearhead the crucial transition of our innovative products from R&D into efficient, high-volume factory production.

In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and leading the seamless integration of new product developments into our mass-production processes. A key aspect of your work will involve orchestrating and overseeing trials of new products directly on the factory floor. You'll work collaboratively with our R&D, Engineering, Production Planning, and Production teams to define and optimize production parameters, ensuring a stable and reliable manufacturing process.

Beyond new product introduction, you'll also lead initiatives focused on continuous product quality improvement within the factory, driving excellence and efficiency across our production lines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Degree (Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical or related)
• Proven experience in new product trials within the food/beverage industry.
• Fluency in English is essential, with excellent written and spoken communication skills in both languages.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to be based in Karawang Barat.
