Job Description:
- Manage the inventory of the main warehouse/sub-warehouse and branch after-sales service centers, including good and defective and damage materials. Manage the Bin , Conduct monthly physical inventory checks and system operations to ensure consistency between the physical items and the system data.
- Ensure the timely replenishment and delivery of buffer materials at T1, T2, and T3 branch after-sales service center. For incoming materials from headquarters/factories/branch after-sales service centers, track the in-transit data. Strictly complete physical inspections and system operations in accordance with the headquarters' verification requirements, record the differences and establish a feedback mechanism.
- Achieve the timely rate of online PO material allocation at the branch after-sales service centers.
- Manage and cultivate the team, set up job divisions and monthly KPI evaluations.
- Manage local purchases and quality department borrowing and stocking, complete system operations.
- Conduct monthly physical inspections and out-of-stock materials and device sales checks and releases of non-performing materials/devices.
- Coordinate the work between the picking team and the third-party logistics team.
