Job Description:

Write and maintain technical documentation such as user manuals, API documentation, system architecture, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Create technical diagrams, process flows, and other visual-based documentation.
Adapt documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and support teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Manage and maintain MySQL database systems.
Perform monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal database performance.
Support database schema design, indexing, and query optimization in collaboration with the development team.
