Job Description
Memastikan laporan atas proyek yang berjalan terdokumentasi dengan baik, melakukan analisa atas permasalahan yang ada diproyek agar proyek berjalan sesuai dengan target dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
- Execute all project monitoring and report to management
- Provide problem solving within internal PMO and all thing related
- Excecute all strategic project manage by PMO as agreed timeline
- Create internal PMO prochedure to do daily operational work
- Align with all division related to achieve company goals
- Delivery review/feedback and solutions within related issues in ALTO project.
- Manage all stakeholder related (internal/external) to achieve company target.
- Develop business update report to Management
- Escalate related issue to management (only issues need management decisions)
- Monitor all business project in ALTO
- Create PMO own procedure
- Make sure all business project in line with all compliance and legal policies related
- Fulfill related audit or risk management finding
Qualifications
- Minimal pengalaman kerja 3 tahun dalam bidang teknologi product digital
- S1 dari semua jurusan
