Job Title: Senior Trainer Specialist

Location: Jakarta (on-site, Kemanggisan – West Jakarta)

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and experienced Senior Trainer Specialist to design and deliver both customer education programs and internal training for our growing team in Jakarta. This role is ideal for someone who loves teaching, enjoys creating structured learning experiences, and is ready to take ownership of developing a training framework from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Education

  • Deliver engaging training sessions and webinars for customers to help them understand and use our application effectively.

  • Create learning materials (presentations, guides, videos, FAQs) to support customer onboarding and product adoption.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve the learning experience based on feedback.

  • Internal Training

  • Conduct onboarding and regular training programs for new and existing employees.

  • Identify skills gaps and recommend learning initiatives to improve employee performance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training with company objectives and compliance standards.

  • Training Framework Development

  • Assist management in setting up a structured training system and documentation process.

  • Maintain an updated library of training materials and learning management systems.
  • Track training outcomes and prepare periodic reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or Customer Education Specialist, preferably in customer service, SaaS, or fintech/tax related industries.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills (both online and offline).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).
  • Experience creating e-learning modules or using digital learning tools (e.g., LMS, Canva, Google Slides, or Articulate) is a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and passionate about building learning culture.
  • Leadership potential — able to take initiative and help shape future training systems.
