Description

Responsibilities:

Reconciliation of waybills on trips using ownfleet.

Providing SLA data for ownfleet and subcontracted deliveries.

Coordinating with internal and external teams.

Control smooth delivery, both using ownfleet and subcontract.

Plotting units and drivers according to Project Management instructions.

Monitoring deliveries and updating driver positions periodically.

Recording daily Delivery SLAs.

Ensuring drivers always use driver apps at all times.

Coordinating with internal teams and customer field teams.

Conducting daily vehicle checklists.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Previous experience in project management or support roles, preferably within the logistics or supply chain sector.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support project leaders.

Understanding the importance of customer service and how logistics impacts customer satisfaction.

Monitoring and analyzing GPS reports in every process of vehicle movement and driver's behavior.

Reporting in real-time to related departments and issuing a GPS Incident Report for further investigation.
