  • Conduct an analysis of potential development areas and surrounding market conditions to determine the number of channels/partners in Modern Trade, aiming to increase income.
  • Forecast sales potential in target areas to provide valuable material for consideration and analysis in acquiring/partnering with channels.
  • Negotiate with channels/partners to establish mutually beneficial collaborations, ensuring maximum profitability and a positive impact on revenue growth.
  • Analyze and cater to the specific needs of channels/partners in selling products, aligning with their characteristics and preferences to fulfill desired sales efforts.
  • Develop Principal brands/products in line with marketing strategies and customer targets in Modern Trade, facilitating smooth operational sales activities and achieving set targets to enhance the company's market share.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with channels/partners, fostering a cooperative environment that positively influences company sales.
  • Provide reviews and recommendations on strategy implementation, monitoring the process to ensure alignment with standards, and ultimately achieving operational excellence.
  • Generate reports for each channel/partner by analyzing performance, extracting insights, offering recommendations and summaries, and tracking sales performance to enable channels/partners to optimize their outcomes.
  • Identify obstacles or problems faced by external parties related to sales and propose solutions to address these issues.
  • Manage the selection of goods in channels/partners, ensuring alignment with their needs and timely delivery to prevent stockouts or overstock.
  • Adjust the company budget related to all sales activities in the assigned region for effective and efficient utilization.

Does it match your criteria?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, General Management, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in the Key Account field, with a proven 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of the Skincare/Retail sector.
  • Proficient in Market Analysis and Supply Chain Management.
  • Expertise in Account Management and Data Analysis.
  • Have experience handling National Account Modern Trade
