Role Summary
The Account Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts to drive revenue, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve sales targets. This role involves strategic account management, negotiation, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services within existing accounts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for key accounts.
Strategic Planning
Create and execute account plans aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Negotiation & Contract Management
Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and agreements with key accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Coordinate with finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and pipeline status.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and recommend strategies for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably handling key accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
