Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Industrial Technology or Management of Human Resources
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, to facilitate communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Possess a strong combination of the following competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with HR software (talenta/sunfish/dataon,etc)
- Good at data analysis & record management capabilities
- Knowledge about Appraisal system, competencies, and job evaluation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to details, adaptability, and problem solving
- Able to work autonomously & in diverse team
- High level of organization & time management
Responsibilities:
Designing programs for people development.
Organizational Development processes, such as: Competency Development, Talent Management & Movement, and Job Description Review/Creation.
- Support the recruitment & selection process
- Support performance appraisal system and employee development plan
- Perform HR corporate support administration (payments, business trip, medical administration review)
- Perform HR Expatriate Corporate support (stay permit arrangement, VISA, allowances settlement, Personnel Regulation)
- Support HR regulation review & administration
- Support industrial relation administration
- Support HR correspondence
- Support HR related project : Competencies development, culture enhancement, Job Evaluation.
