Job Descriptions:

· Develop interior design concepts according to client needs (residential, commercial, office, retail, etc.).

· Create design presentations including mood boards, 3D Visuals, and layout drawings.

· Coordinate with project team, drafter, and production team to ensure the design is executed properly.

· Select suitable materials, colors, furniture, and decorations based on the concept.

· Prepare cost estimation (BoQ) related to interior design works.

· Conduct site visits survey, measurement, and ensuring design accuracy on site.

· Provide design solutions in response to technical issues and client requirements.

· Stay updated with design trends and apply them to projects.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design/Architecture or related field.

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in interior design (fresh graduated with strong portfolio are welcome).

· Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp/3Ds Max, V-Ray/Enscape, Photoshop, and Ms. Office.

· Strong design visualization skills and good sense of art.

· Good knowledge of interior details, materials, and finishing.

· Ability to create accurate and applicable working/shop drawings.

· Strong communication skills, able to work in a team, and present ideals clearly to clients.

· Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.

· Portfolio submissions is required for consideration.
