What You Will Do :

The Brand Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and managing branding and marketing strategies to ensure optimal brand recognition and growth in the market. This position will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement branding and marketing strategies aligned with Proline's business objectives and vision.
  • Lead innovative marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify brand growth opportunities and enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Oversee and improve customer experiences with the brand, both through digital and offline communication channels.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Lead market research to track industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies for better results.
  • Provide regular reports on brand performance to management and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with R&D, Sales and Creative Digital teams

Qualifications :

  • +1 years of experience as Brand Manager in Skincare industry
  • Able to join immediately / ASAP
  • Experience in beauty brand is a big PLUS

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to make strategic decisions.
