Qualifications :

Minimum D3 Education
Minimum 1 (one) year experience as a Technical Writer in the IT/software field;
Able to create technical documentation such as BRD, SRS, FSD, user manual, installation documentation, API documentation, FAQ, and release notes;
Active collaboration with developers, QC, and product owners for material verification;
Able to manage style guides, documentation templates, version control (Git/SVN), and CMSs such as Confluence and Jira;
Consistently update documentation based on product changes and user feedback.
