About the Role

We are a growing startup looking for a highly skilled and proactive Finance & Operations Support Lead. This role will be the backbone of our back-office functions, combining finance & accounting responsibilities with HR, general affairs, and legal coordination. You will be hands-on in day-to-day operations while also setting up processes that support our growth.

Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting (50%)

  • Manage daily finance operations: AR/AP, petty cash, reimbursements, vendor payments.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports (cash flow, P&L, costing).
  • Monitor and track budget vs actual expenses.
  • Liaise with external accountant/tax consultant for monthly closing and compliance.

HR & People Operations (30%)

  • Handle recruitment admin: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, managing employee data.
  • Administer payroll, BPJS, and employee benefits.
  • Manage employee contracts, HR documentation, and SOPs.
  • Support employee onboarding and engagement initiatives.

General Affairs & Legal (20%)

  • Oversee office operations, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Manage office assets, facilities, and administrative needs.
  • Liaise with legal vendors for contracts, compliance, and company documents.

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance & accounting roles; startup or SME experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, including financial data and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Leadership mindset: proactive, problem solver, and able to build processes and work independently.
  • Willing to be both hands-on and strategic.
  • High adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable using accounting software, HR tools, spreadsheets, and productivity platforms.
  • Good communication in English (written & spoken) is preferred.
