Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (MEP), Construction, or related field.
- At least 1 years of experience in building management, construction, or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection systems, and building security.
- Hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, and building operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, problem solver, and able to work under pressure.
Job Description
- Ensure all building operations comply with HSE standards and government regulations.
- Plan, manage, and supervise daily building operations to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for building facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors/contractors for repair works, renovation, and building projects.
- Handle inspections and audits related to building safety.
