Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (MEP), Construction, or related field.
At least 1 years of experience in building management, construction, or facility management.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection systems, and building security.
Hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, and building operations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive, problem solver, and able to work under pressure.

Job Description

Ensure all building operations comply with HSE standards and government regulations.
Plan, manage, and supervise daily building operations to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for building facilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Coordinate with vendors/contractors for repair works, renovation, and building projects.
Handle inspections and audits related to building safety.
