Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the development of key Group IT software projects supporting multiple countries across the Asia Pacific region.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-performance web applications with scalable and secure architecture.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing web applications, proactively identifying and resolving issues to improve reliability and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and refine technical and functional requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high-quality code and adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Work effectively within a diverse, multi-country team environment, contributing to collective success while demonstrating strong individual ownership and accountability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, continuously improving development processes and recommending new approaches where applicable.
Job Requirements:
• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of practical experience in web application development using both client- and server-side technologies.
• Core Skills: Proficiency in C#, MS-SQL, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS3.
• Preferred Skills: Experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Additional Advantage: Experience with , Redis, MongoDB, RabbitMQ are beneficial.
• Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles and the Module Design Pattern.
• Database Expertise: Proficient in MS-SQL database management, including CRUD operations and query design.
• Project Experience: Hands-on experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with practical project implementation.
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Work Style: Ability to work independently with strong self-initiative, while also thriving in a team environment.
• Location and Travel: Based in Jakarta, with potential short travel across the region for project-related assignments.
