Kualifikasi
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT supervisory or management role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector
Strong technical expertise in managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and enterprise applications
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Effective leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and mentoring
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proficient in project management and the ability to prioritize and multitask
