Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support business process transformation initiatives.
- Assess the impact of IT system changes on business processes, policies, and end-users.
- Design and execute communication, training, and socialization programs to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Collaborate with business units and IT teams to align process changes with organizational goals.
- Manage stakeholders across departments, provide regular progress updates, and address resistance to change.
- Ensure that new/modified Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives, track adoption rates, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Identify risks related to business process changes and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in change management, preferably in process change or IT-related business transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements related to process governance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing organizational change and fostering collaboration.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, handling resistance, and ensuring sustainable adoption of new processes.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities for monitoring process effectiveness and compliance.
- Willing to commit to a 1-year contract
and work onsite in South Jakarta
