Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support business process transformation initiatives.
  • Assess the impact of IT system changes on business processes, policies, and end-users.
  • Design and execute communication, training, and socialization programs to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
  • Collaborate with business units and IT teams to align process changes with organizational goals.
  • Manage stakeholders across departments, provide regular progress updates, and address resistance to change.
  • Ensure that new/modified Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives, track adoption rates, and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Identify risks related to business process changes and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in change management, preferably in process change or IT-related business transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements related to process governance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing organizational change and fostering collaboration.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, handling resistance, and ensuring sustainable adoption of new processes.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities for monitoring process effectiveness and compliance.
  • Willing to commit to a 1-year contract
    and work onsite in South Jakarta
