As an Account Manager at a digital and creative agency, you will act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (creative, digital, media, production). You are responsible for managing day-to-day communication, overseeing project execution, and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining a strong and lasting relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Project Coordination & Execution
- Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs for the team.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, strategy, and production teams to deliver high-quality work.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Provide strategic input based on industry trends, campaign performance, and market research.
- Prepare and present performance reports and campaign insights to clients regularly.
Budget & Timeline Management
- Manage project budgets effectively to ensure profitability.
- Create detailed timelines and ensure all stakeholders are aligned with key milestones.
Pitch & Business Development
- Participate in pitch development for new business opportunities.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience as an Account Manager in a digital, creative, or media agency.
- Strong understanding of digital campaigns, including media buying, social media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
