Job Overview

  • Coordinate and follow-up related to the execution of model concept into final products with all aspects of expectation are fully addressed, manufacturable and profitable.
  • Main contact window of the project and transfer

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaborates with Buyer PMO, Sourcing Factories, PCC, Business Planning, Scheduling, and Manufacturing, to effectively execute on product development goals and deliverables
  • Monitoring and controlling product readiness since beginning of the transfer confirmation, continue throughout commercialization and must be flexible enough to work within products budget (costing) and plan, but readily adapt when necessary.
  • Monitors and communicates progress and challenges throughout the product commercialization process to meet product integrity requirements and support operational excellence.
  • Maintain a high level of data integrity in PCX or VD. Monitoring on-going data inputs for consistency with established standards and implement corrective action when required.
  • Tracks and facilitates sampling for products: identifies and addresses key issues and challenges in construction or manufacturing and plans accordingly to deliver proven and tested product.
  • Involve with the continued growth of Product Tech Center program by working with leadership to achieve operational excellence into the way of work by deploying a culture of continuous improvement for product, process and people.
  • To maintain a product consistency, Gemba walk around Production lines and simultaneously sustain a continuous improvement to processes and enhancing value-added activities.
  • Participate in cross-functional discussions and maintain strong positive relationships within internal PTC and external team cross function department in Planning, Scheduling, Supply Chain, EM, IE, QA, Technical, and Production to ultimately improve operational effectiveness and achieve optimal performance smoothly.
  • Handling additional duties from time to time to support the smooth operation of the work process.
  • Follow company program:
  • Comply and Implement of regulations, culture OHS (including use PPE), energy, quality and environment to support company management system.
  • Provide information about work accidents, issues and provide advice related OSH, energy, quality and environment programs to participate and improve the company management system.

Requirement

  • Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it a priority
  • Minimum 18 Years Old
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelors Degree in any major
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English Experience at least 3 years in the same field from Shoe Making Industry
  • Knowledges : Upper and Bottom Shoe Making, Dimension Engineering best practice and Buyer regulations.
  • Skills : Upper and Bottom Shoe Making, Planning and organizing, Interpersonal, Communication skills, Negotiation skills, Analytical, Critical and Creative thinking
  • Personality : Communication Effectly, Drives collaboration and Quality
  • Understanding vision mission company and safety policy
  • Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS Energy, Quality and Environment
