Job Description:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and revenue.
  • Manage online and offline promotional activities and monitor campaign performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
  • Manage team schedules, task allocation, and maintain productivity standards.
  • Monitor cost control, efficiency, and optimize operational processes.
  • Collaborate across departments (Sales, Finance, HR) to align strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Prepare periodic reports on both marketing and operational performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of combined experience in marketing and operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Creative, innovative, and target-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, campaign optimization, and operational systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and deliver results.
