What you will do :
- Greeting and directing visitors
- Managing communications, Answer phones, take messages, and forward calls to the appropriate employees. Respond to emails and other correspondence.
- Scheduling Book and confirm appointments and meetings for employees and manage calendars.
- Filing and record-keeping Maintain and organize files, update records, and manage office documents.
- Monitor office supplies and order new ones when necessary.
- Assist with various clerical tasks, which can include data entry, managing meeting room bookings, or arranging catering.
- Handle customer inquiries, and in some settings like a medical clinic, may also handle billing.
- Keep the reception area clean and tidy.
We are looking for you, who :
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality or any relevant major, with minimum GPA 3.00.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
