PMO & System Analyst Support – SCM System Enhancement Initiatives

We are looking for a PMO & System Analyst Support to join our team and contribute to the SCM System Enhancement Initiatives. This role will be responsible for supporting project management activities and ensuring effective system improvement and delivery within the Supply Chain Management domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and controlling project timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Business, Vendors) to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Perform business process analysis and identify opportunities for system improvement within SCM.
  • Support requirement gathering, documentation (BRD/FSD), and UAT processes.
  • Prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
  • Maintain and monitor project documentation to ensure compliance with PMO standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) or System Analyst roles.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems or related business processes is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Familiar with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 5 months
